Our hotel is well-equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities. The entrance features a dedicated access point for guests with mobility impairments, including an elevator to the ground floor. On the ground floor, there is an accessible restroom equipped with an alarm system connected to the hotel reception. Additionally, all key facilities, such as the restaurant, bar, breakfast area, and meeting rooms, are easily accessible.
The rooms for guests with disabilities are fitted with wider doors to allow easy wheelchair access. The floors are laminated instead of carpeted, making movement much easier.
The bathroom in these rooms is fully adapted. It includes an accessible toilet and shower. A shower chair is available for added comfort, and the bathroom is equipped with an alarm system connected to the hotel reception, ensuring help is readily available if needed.
It is allowed when the parents have signed a written statement. We also ask for a copy of the passport of all underage guests, in case there is no adult present.
To guarantee your reservation before arrival, the amount on your credit card will be authorized at noon on the day before your arrival. At check-in you can pay with another payment card, the authorization taken earlier will be cancelled.
You can change or cancel your reservation by contacting the booking channel where you made your reservation. Please check your personal reservation confirmation for the specific cancellation policy.
From Monday to Friday you can enjoy breakfast from 07:00 - 10:00. And on weekends from 03:00 to 11:00.

Amrâth Grand Hotel de l'Empereur has its own parking lot with 60 parking spaces, 6 of which have electric charging stations. The parking lot is located at the following address: Parrallelweg 60, 6221 BD Maastricht and parking is for a fee.
Based on availability on arrival you can use our paid parking, reservation is unfortunately not possible. If there is no availability in our own parking lot, we will refer you to one of the nearby parking lots.
